Magic School Bus-->Mrs. Frizzle-->frazzled-->my nerves

Needless to say, my brain runs a little wild after hours of exams. Weird phrases get morphed together and somewhere amidst all the haze in my mind, elementary school memories somehow seem relevant once again. Along with that, anything but the simplest of outfits is deemed too much and too difficult for my fried brain to comprehend. 

If you haven't heard of the Magic School Bus, then I question where your childhood was went. Now go read up on that wonder here before you miss out on anymore.

Before I start waxing nostalgic about the good old days and maybe bringing up things like Bratz and troll dolls (how very early 2000's of me), let's call it a day. Thank goodness exams are nearly over.

At heart, I'll always be an immature teenager with enough attitude for a roomful of people. If that means wearing oversized tank tops proclaiming my self-ascribed character traits, then so be it.

People just can't handle that I'm fabulous.

Jokes aside, exam season is in the air. That being said, I need my knife-sharp reflexes honed and ready to take on whatever is being thrown at me (in an educational context of course), which explains my attempts to pose "athletically" (hence, the lunging and running and whatever you call it). 

However, this is coming from the girl who manages to trip over her own feet on a daily basis.

I think I'll just settle for the self-confidence boost stemming from my shirt.

May the fourth be with you.

Naturally, Star Wars was just one of those things that I shared with my brothers. Please don't bother asking how many times I've seen the Star Wars movies; the number count is quite frankly, mind boggling.

Simply put, an outfit like this is what I could imagine being worn on the dusty home planet of Anakin and Luke Skywalker. A seemingly interminable expanse of sand matched seems the perfect place for varying shades of warm browns and tans.

Luke, Leia, where are you guys?

NYC Photo Diary

New York lived up to every expectation I had. My time there was a ton of fun memories with a great group of people. What more can I say?

Even though I didn't get to explore the city as much I wanted, I feel like the places I visited and the things I did were the essentials. This here is just the tip of the mountainous stack of photos I took.

High Low To Fro

Confession: My obsession with socks is a little mind-boggling. It started out with cutesy cartoon socks in elementary school before moving on to colorful stripes and crazy patterns in middle school. Since then, my infatuation with socks has only grown, ultimately arriving at the place where it is today.
Simply put, I like socks.

These socks were a gift two years ago and were hidden away until their special day arrived. Badabing badaboom.
Looks like it's time for the socks to shine.
